View Award - B'Elanna Torres Treknobabble Commendation
This award is given to commend writers of characters in any and all departments for their outstanding use of nonsensical technology words and use of star trek language to produce writing so confusingly authentic that it seems as though it came right out of a script. Awarded to players who work treknobabble into their posts, making the fantastic sound believable. Whether in the engineering or science fields, treknobabble ranges from Heisenberg compensators in transporters to polywater intoxication in medicine. When reading a post, the word protomatter just sounds a lot more Trek than the term red matter ever will.
