Birthrate

Just had the birthrate brought to my attention. The rate exceeds standard norms. Need to finds out the cause of this anomaly and why neither the EMS nor my predecessor caught the causation.

Thurs can't be something as simple as a ship full of hormonal crewmembers. Must dig into this further and in the meantime be diligent about all hormonal regulation systems ship wide.
